Scope

These terms apply to DCP Books MCP ("the software"), an internal integration operated by Driven Capital Partners, LLC ("DCP") that reads accounting data from QuickBooks Online company files owned or administered by DCP and its affiliated entities.

No public licence

The software is for DCP's internal use only. It is not offered, licensed, sold, or distributed to the public, to clients, or to any third party, and no third party is granted any right to access or use it. Nothing on this page constitutes an offer to license the software.

Authorised use

Only DCP personnel authorised by a DCP administrator may operate the software, and only against company files that DCP or an affiliated entity owns or is authorised to administer. Each company file must be connected through Intuit's own authorisation flow by someone holding the necessary rights in that file.

Read-only operation

The software performs read operations against the QuickBooks Online API. It does not write to, modify, or delete accounting records. Reports it produces are working analyses; the books of record remain the QuickBooks company files themselves.

Relationship to Intuit

The software is an independent integration built by DCP. It is not produced, endorsed, or supported by Intuit Inc. Use of the QuickBooks Online API is governed by DCP's agreements with Intuit, and QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc.

No warranty; not advice

The software is provided as-is for internal analysis. Output may contain errors and should not be relied on as audited financial information, nor treated as accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice.

Termination

DCP may withdraw access, revoke any connection, or discontinue the software at any time and without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
